Melamine Type III is the hardest and most aggressive plastic media type, making it effective for mold cleaning; stripping paints, primers & coatings from steel and hard surfaces; and removing grit & grime from engines, turbines and parts. In mold cleaning, Melamine does not damage molds and is therefore an excellent replacement to glass beads and other hard abrasives.
